Custom Printer Jigs
Our Process
Our proven engineering process ensures every custom printer jig is precisely designed, tested, and optimized to maximize printing efficiency, accuracy, and production output.

Step 1: Understanding Your Product
Precision starts with the product. We ask for 3–5 samples of each item you need a jig for (rest assured, these are returned with your finished order). Using these samples alongside your intake form details and photos, we align design with your specific print goals. Our priority is engineering a tool that fits your product perfectly and optimizes your production.
Step 2: Prototyping & Product Study
Our engineering team conducts a thorough study of your product’s geometry. We develop small-scale functional prototypes to test fit and calibrate tolerances. During this stage, we constantly test and
optimize for maximum yield—achieving optimal spatial efficiency to fit the highest number of parts on a single jig without sacrificing stability.

Step 3: Precision Engineering & File Manufacturing
Once the prototype is validated, we move into the final design phase. We focus on the fine details of nesting to maximize your output, ensuring your print bed is fully utilized. Custom Identification: We can engrave part names
and alphanumeric grids—paint-filled for high visibility—to assist your operators with fast, error-free loading. Finishing & Protection: We finish your jig with a specialized Teflon coating. This invisible-to-the-eye barrier aids in resisting ink adhesion. Ready-to-Use Assets: We provide a custom nesting template file for your pre-press or design team, ensuring instant layout accuracy and eliminating setup guesswork.
Step 4: Secure Delivery & Production
Once your design is finalized, we move immediately into manufacturing. Every jig undergoes a rigorous quality control check for durability, accuracy, and consistency across all units. To ensure your investment arrives shop-ready, we ship in specialized custom crates. Our unique securing system prevents transit damage, allowing you to begin immediate production the moment the crate is opened.
