Yes. We are expanding our lineup to support additional printers, including:
VersaUV LEF Series
Mutoh XpertJet UF Series
Yes. If your project involves complex shapes or situations where previous jigs have failed, our team specializes in developing solutions for challenging and unconventional printing applications.
A Design Study is a paid R&D service for complex custom jig projects.
During a Design Study we will:
Build and test multiple prototypes
Analyze design challenges
Document the entire testing process with photos and videos
Provide a final engineering report with production recommendations
You can start by filling out the “Which Jig Should I Order?” inquiry form, where you can describe your project and share details about your product.
Our Mimaki-compatible printer jigs feature two-registration systems for maximum flexibility.
Quick Swap (QS) System
Uses 2-point kinematic registration for fast jig changes and excellent repeatability in high-speed production.
Permanent Setup
Jigs can be mounted directly to the printer bed using factory M4 screw holes. No drilling or tapping is required, and every jig includes all necessary mounting fasteners.
Our Roland-compatible printer jigs
Roland Positioning Jig
Printer jigs can be placed against the Roland L-bracket positioning jig for quick registration. This system enables fast changes for printer jigs.
Semi-Permanent Setup
Jigs can be mounted directly to the printer bed utilizing the jig mounting holes to the fixture. No drilling or tapping is required.
The Quick-Swap system streamlines your workflow, and is integrated into every Mimaki UJF series printer jig. The Quick-Swap system utilizes a precise two-point registration system at the front of the bed that enables near-instant loading and unloading.
For a seamless setup, each Mimaki UJF printer jig includes two specialized, low profile registration pins for a perfect fit and fast changeovers.
The Quick-Lift System is an integrated internal step design that allows for the effortless removal of products from your printer jig. Available for both Style 1 and Style 2 Pocket Jig configurations, this system is engineered to prioritize removal speed and ease without sacrificing surface area.
Why it’s a Game-Changer:
Zero-Footprint Design: While competitors often cut bulky finger tabs into the jig face, our system is entirely internal. This reclaims every millimeter of space, allowing for industry-leading part counts per run.
Effortless Removal: Swap pieces in seconds with a simple touch, keeping your production line moving at peak velocity.
Maximized Throughput: By eliminating wasted "real estate" on the jig face, you can fit more products into every single print cycle.
We do not offer design-only services or digital cut files. Our jigs use specialized materials and coatings that ensure long-term print accuracy and durability.
Our typical lead time is 10 business days. In many cases, orders may be completed earlier than expected.
Our jigs feature a specialized Teflon coating that protects the surface. If ink gets on the jig, it can be easily removed using a plastic scraper without damaging it.
Our printer jigs are made from acrylic, selected for durability and precision.
All printer jigs include a 60-day workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Our ability to ensure a perfect fit depends on the samples we receive. If your products have batch-to-batch variances, please submit samples representing the full range of size extremes (smallest and largest). For products with wide dimensional instability, we utilize corner-biased pocket jigs to maintain accuracy despite size shifts.
Dimensional Variances: If your product dimensions vary between batches, please send us both your smallest and largest samples.
High Volatility: If dimensions fluctuate significantly, providing a wide selection of samples allows us to better calibrate the fit.
Stability Strategy: In cases of significant dimensional instability, we will design pocket jigs to bias the product toward a fixed corner to ensure repeatable alignment.
We can only ensure a perfect fit for your products from the samples that we receive from you. Please note any specifics of your product on the Order Intake Form..
Our jigs are engineered for high-volume industrial use and are designed to perform thousands of production cycles under normal shop conditions.
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, our engineering team is ready to help.
